This five-day relaxing retreat is a special co-operation between Being A-life and Six Senses to combine the healing of the retreat with the spa, wellnes of Ibiza's high end, best Hotel.

The retreat provides you the basics for setting your own energetical space. Your own space in which you will experience more completeness of your unique being, a basis for exploring yourself and the world around you, and heal yourself. To live as a spiritual being grounded in modern life.

By guided meditation and visualization you will achieve a deep level of relaxation through healing of the chakra's, your physical and energetical body. You will learn to bring energetical alignment to create a clear state of mind, ready to take a next step in life. And you will.

You will be supported by energy reading to have a clear sight on your qualities, longings, things you really want to achieve in your live. You will also be more able to understand personal barriers to get there, to transform or remove inefficient mind-sets and behavior.

For each participant also a full one-on-one energy reading session is included in the program. In this session personal questions or issues will be deeply explored.

The retreat offers one or more facultative trips to spiritual interesting places to experience and work with the energy of Ibiza’s nature.

Your personal growth during the retreat will be supported by the beautiful relaxing nature of Ibiza at the luxury Six Senses. In the Six Senses hotel everything is designed with the purpose of personal wellness and growth.
